Vegan mediterranean wrap

Cashew cream

raw cashew

lemon juice

Wrap:

Prepare all the ingredients, slice the avocado, smoked tofu, green olives and chop the spring onion.

Add all the ingredients, the condiments and the sauce onto the wrap and enjoy a delicious refreshing meal.
Cashew cream:

Soak the cashews in boiling water for 10 minutes, or let them soak overnight in the fridge in a bowl filled with water.

Drain the water and add the cashews to your blender. Add the fresh water, lemon juice, salt, nutritional yeast and, if you want, the garlic powder.

Blend until you get a smooth cream, for about one minute.
